- Is there a possibility for shopkeepers to place their desired orders other than the Rasayee app?
- If you’re already registered at Rasayee, please feel free to call us at 021 – 111 RAS AYI (222 333) & we will take care of your order placement as per requirement.
- Who will be responsible for the delivery of my orders placed at Rasayee?
- Rasayee is a platform to help you in the placement of orders 24x7 at your convenience. The delivery & fulfilment of your ordered products will be made through the designated distributor in your area.
- What will happen if I place an order on Rasayee & the distributor sales representative also visits my shop?
- Rasayee will help you to place as many orders as per your requirement. In case the order booker visits your shop during his routine cycle, you can also place an order as usual in case there is still a need to do so.
- How do I return my order?
- In case you’re not satisfied with your purchase at Rasayee, you can return your ordered products as per the return policy of relevant manufacturer accordingly.
- After order placement at Rasayee, how will the distributor know that there is an order available for their fulfilment?
- There is a process in place which will ensure that all the distributors are aware of the orders placed through Rasayee. Distributors will take needful actions to process the delivery of Rasayee orders accordingly.
- What will happen to Rasayee if I do not have internet connectivity?
- Rasayee is a completely cloud based solution & will require you to be online in order to use the application as per your requirement.
